Chow Chow Rescue of Central New York is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 rescue group started in 2001 by Chow enthusiast Cindy Stone. This rescue was formed out of love for this unique breed and is dedicated to finding forever homes for pure-breed Chows Chows.
