Mercy Sakes 2nd Chance Dogs is a nonprofit, volunteer dog rescue based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. At Mercy Sakes, our mission is to rescue the less adoptable dogs who require behavioral training, additional vetting and care, and dogs who do not necessarily physically attract the general public. It is our mission to provide judgement free quality care regardless of age, breed, temperament, or circumstances. Mercy Sakes 2nd Chance Dogs is a 501c3 animal rescue incorporated November 1st, 2019.
