Since the shelters transition to the Board of County Commissioners in January 2017, we have had positive outcomes for 3,767 shelter pets! That includes adoptions, rescues and returns to owner. Thank you to our partners, supporters and to the community for believing in us and giving shelter pets a chance and most importantly, a home. Adoption fees are based on the cost of sterilization, rabies vaccination, County tag, regular vaccinations and testing. The sterilization fees vary depending upon gender and size of the animal. Please contact our shelter for current prices on adoptions. We have a wide variety of animals coming to our shelter and adoption prices vary depending on the species.
