In order to adopt a pet, you would need to come in during adoption hours of 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday (closed weekends). The adoption fee for a cat under 6 months old is $60, over 6 months old $40, if the cat comes to us already spayed/neutered it is just $20. The adoption fee for a dog is $80, if the dog comes to us already spayed/neutered the fee is $50, cash/check/credit/debit along with a current picture ID. The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter surgery, the 1st set of parvo/distemper or FVRCP vaccines, a microchip, and 30 days of pet insurance. You would then be required to take the animal to a veterinarian of your choice within 10 days of adoption to get the rabies vaccine/tag and anything else that is necessary at that time. The adoption process generally takes 48-72 hours. All of your current pets do have to be up to date on rabies vaccine and registration (rabies tag) in your county. If you do not own your home, you would need to supply us with the owner's information and telephone number.We are rescue friendly.
