Angels Among Us Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to saving dogs and cats from high-kill shelters in north Georgia. We operate through a network of volunteers and foster homes in the metro Atlanta area. Our efforts are funded by tax-deductible contributions from compassionate people and organizations who care and want to help make a difference one pet at a time. Angels Among Us Pet Rescue will consider dog adoption applications from outside the state of Georgia if the dog is older than 4 months of age and heartworm negative. It is Angels Among Us policy to perform home checks prior to adoption finalization. An adopter may either contact a local rescue organization to perform home check or make arrangements with the foster to have a virtual home check performed. Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.
